KURKURI PALAK
INGREDIENTS:
3cups spinach leaves ( no stems), washed, dried and finely sliced
¼ cup Cornflour
½ tbsp Garlic chopped
½ tbsp Ginger chopped
2 fresh Red chilies, sliced
1-2 tbsp Soya sauce
¼ tbsp vinegar
1-2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Oil for frying
Instructions:
In a bowl toss together the sliced spinach and cornflour
Heat oil in a pan
Deep Fry the spinach in batches on the med-high flame ( only takes a min )
Drain and keep aside
In another pan heat up a tbsp of oil
Add ginger, garlic, red chilies and sauté for 1-2 mins
Add soya sauce, vinegar
Carefully add the fried spinach and toss for a min. Add salt if necessary.
And that’s it, in less than 10 mins your delicious KURKURI PALAK IS READY
Garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy
