AMRITSARI NUTRI KULCHA
INGREDIENTS
¼ cup ghee/oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1-2 Onion grated or chopped
Green chillies, sliced
1-2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
2-3 tomatoes, grated or puréed
1 tsp pomegranate seeds powder or whole pomegranate seeds
1 cup soya nuggets and ¼ cup soya granules, boiled with salt, one teabag , squeezed and ready for use
2-3 tbsp capsicum, diced
INGREDIENTS FOR PASTE
2-3 tbsp fried onion
1-2 green chillies
1-inch ginger
5-6 cloves garlic
Black pepper powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp Sugar
½ tsp chat Masala
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tbsp coriander powder
1tsp Shilpas Masala Mill Kitchen king Masala
1 tbsp Kasuri methi
½ tsp garam masala
½ tsp elachi ( green cardamom) powder
¼ tsp hing
1-2 tbsp steamed spinach
Water
INSTRUCTIONS
heat ghee and add cumin, green chillies, coriander and onion
Fry for a few mins until translucent
Now add tomato and continue to fry
Grind together all ingredients in the paste list to a fine paste
add the ground masala and fry
Add pomegranate seeds
Now add the Nutrella to the masala
Add hot water and simmer
Cover and cook for 10-15 mins on low flame
Add capsicum in the last 5 minutes before the subji is ready
That’s it, your Nutrela Soya chunks sabzi is ready

butter
Oil
Onion,sliced
Ginger, julienned
Green chillies, sliced
Carrot, julienned
Capsicum, sliced thin
Salt
Lemon juice
Coriander leaves, chopped
Roasted jeera powder
INSTRUCTIONS
heat a Tava
Add butter and oil
Add the tadka ingredients
Cook for 2-3 minutes on high flame
Spoon out 2-3 serving spoons of Nutri sabji onto the tavaa
Mix well and serve with kulcha
Heat the kulcha on the same tavaa
