CURRY LEAVES CHUTNEY December 11, 2021 Shilpa Anand INGREDIENTS ½ cup curry leaves5-6 small onions 1tbsp peanuts 3-4 2green chillies2 garlic cloves 1tsp ginger¼ cup grated coconut Small piece tamarind4tsp oil ½ -1 tsp roasted chana dal 1tsp mustard, curry leaves, red chilli and urad dal for tadka Salt INSTRUCTIONS Heat oil in pan and roast the curry leaves until crisp ( not brown) Remove and keep asideHeat oil in the same pan Add chana dal, peanuts and fry Add shallots, salt, garlic, ginger, green chillies and fry Add coconut and roasted curry leaves and fry for a few mins Add tamarind Cool and grind to a smooth paste Add oil and give tadka with mustard, curry leaves, red chilli and urad dal Enjoy with dosas, idlis I’ve served it with Kari Dosas SPICE LEVEL:🌶
