KARE BOKKEUMBAP (Korean Curry Fried Rice)

2 cups cooked rice 

  • 1lb  chicken breast , cut and marinated with little curry powder and salt 

  • 2tbsp Garlic paste 

  • 1tsp ginger paste 

  • 2-3 tbsp Curry powder ( I’ve used BaBa brand) 

  • Little Kimchi , cut 

  • ¼ cup Carrots, chopped

  • ¼ cup Bell pepper, chopped

  • ¼ cup Onion , chopped 

  • ¼ cup corn, cooked 

  • ½ cup Cabbage , sliced 

  • Spring onion , chopped 

  • Soya  sauce 

  • Korean Chilli flakes

  • Salt And Pepper  to taste 

  • Oil 

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Heat oil in pan 

  • Add  chilli flakes , garlic, ginger, chicken and carrots and fry 

  • Add rest of the vegetables and sauté for few more mins 

  • Add kimchi 

  • Add curry powder and mix well

Add soya sauce, salt and pepper 

  • Add cooked rice and give it a good toss

That’s it, your healthy and delicious Kare Bokkeumbap is ready

Garnish with spring onion and serve hot with cucumbers
