PAAN KULFI (INSTANT, NO FLAME)
INGREDIENTS for coarse grinding
6-7 paan leaves
2-3 tbsp gulkand
Pinch of peppermint
CANNED cherries
1-2 dates
Few almond
Few pistachios
Few cashews
Cardamom powder
1-2 drops Green food colour
Few Tutti frutti
1tsp Fennel seed
OTHER INGREDIENTS for basic Kulfi
1cup whipping cream
½ cup condensed milk
1cup evaporated milk
1bread slice , white ,torn into pieces
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend together condensed milk, evaporated milk, bread and whipping cream
ADD the coarse ground ingredients to the liquid mixture
Mix or blend another 1-2 times
Now transfer into mounds or container
Freeze overnight
That’s it , your unbelievably delicious Paan kulfi is ready
Remove , cut and enjoy
NOTE:
The basic kulfi recipe can be used to make other flavored kulfi like Malai kulfi, mango kulfi etc
