TENDER COCONUT ICECREAM(EGGLESS AND WITHOUT ICECREAM MAKER)
INGREDIENTS
1cup tender coconut flesh
½ cup tender coconut water
1cup heavy whipping cream
½ cup condensed milk or sugar
Few small pieces of tender coconut, chopped
instructions
grind together the coconut flesh and coconut water
Chill the large bowl and whisk.
Whisk together chilled whipping cream for 2-3 mins
Add condensed milk and whisk again
Add the tender coconut blended mixture
Mix well ( whisk again )
Add the pieces of tender coconut
Pour into a mould and cover
Keep it in freezer for 8-10 hours in an air tight container
Your delicious coconut icecream is ready
