Healthy VEGETARIAN BANANA PANCAKES
Ingredients
1ripe banana, peeled
1 cup oats flour
½ cup all-purpose flour
1tbsp sugar
1tbsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1tsp cinnamon( optional)
2tbsp oil
1cup milk
INSTRUCTIONS
add wet ingredients and banana to a blender
Blend
Then add dry ingredients and blend until smooth ( don’t over blend )
Leave the batter to rest for 10-15 mins
Heat pan to medium
Grease with butter
Add a ladle full of batter per pancake
Leave to cook on low flame until bubbles appear on top of the pancake
Flip gently and cook for another 2-3 mins
And that’s it, your fluffy delicious vegetarian pancakes are ready
Serve with your favourite toppings( maple syrup, cream, berry compote, bananas etc)
