IYENGAR BAKERY STYLE VEGETABLE MASALA TOAST
INGREDIENTS
onions, chopped
Carrot, grated
Capsicum, chopped
Tomatoes, chopped
Little ginger, grated
Chilli powder
Chaat masala
Garam masala
Black pepper powder
Salt to taste
Oil
Cumin seeds
Coriander leaves, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
heat oil in a pan
Add cumin seeds and allow them to splutter
Add onions and ginger and fry or a min
Add tomatoes and sauté until they soften
Add other vegetables and powdered spices
Fry for few mins. Add coriander leaves and your masala is ready
Butter 2 slices and apply the masala on it
Toast the slices on hot griddle
Your open faced Iyengar Bakery style Masala Toast is ready
Enjoy hot with chutney and ketchup
