EGG MASALA SANDWICH
INGREDIENTS
5-6 boiled eggs, chopped
1-2 tbsp Oil
2 med onions, chopped
1tbsp ginger garlic paste
1-2 green chillies
2med tomatoes, chopped
Salt to taste
1tbsp red chilli powder
1tbsp coriander powder
1tsp Shilpa’s Masala Mill Garam Masala
¼ tsp chaat masala
Fresh coriander, chopped
¼ cup bell peppers, chopped
Bread slices
Tomato slices
Cheese
Lettuce
Green Chutney
Red chilli garlic chutney
Onion slices( optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
heat oil in a pan and add onion, ginger garlic paste and sauté for 2-3 mins
Add green chillies, tomatoes, and fry until tomatoes are softened
Add bell peppers and all powdered masalas and cook for 2-3 mins
Add boiled eggs and sauté for 2-3 mins
Adjust seasoning and garnish with coriander leaves. Your egg masala is ready
Spread green chutney on one slice
Place the egg mixture on it and close the sandwich with another slice of bread. Add tomatoes, onion, cheese on top of that 2nd slice
Now spread red chutney on 2 nd slice and close the sandwich
Spread butter on top and bottom slices and toast until golden brown and crisp
Slice and serve hot with chutneys
