CHINESE BHEL
INGREDIENTS
1pack Hakka noodles, boiled
Cornstarch
50 gms Cabbage, cut
½ onion, chopped
¼ cup Bell peppers, cut
¼ cup Carrot, cut
Spring onion chopped
Coriander, chopped
1tsp garlic paste
1-2 tbsp Schezwan sauce
1 tsp Chilli sauce ( green or red)
1tbsp Soya sauce
1tsp Vinegar
1tsp Tomato ketchup
Salt
Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
coat the boiled Hakka noodles with cornstarch and fry them until golden brown
Heat oil in a pan and add garlic. Fry for 15-20 secs only
Add all vegetables and fry for a min on med-high
Add sauces and condiments
Fry for 1min
Add fried noodles
Add green onions and coriander
Mix well
That’s it, Chinese Bhel is ready
