HEALTHY OATS OMELETTE
INGREDIENTS
2-3 eggs Eggs
3-4 tsp oats , soaked in milk for 10-15 mins
2-3 tsp Chopped onions
1green chilli , chopped
1-2 tsp carrot, finely chopped
1-2 tsp capsicum , chopped
2 tsp spinach chopped
1-2 tsp tomatoes
Milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Chilli powder ( optional)
1tsp spring onion
Coriander leaves
Ghee for frying
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix everything together and whisk well
Heat ghee in pan
Pour the mixture into the pan
Cover and cook for about 5-7 mins on that side
Gently flip over and cook for another 2-3 mins
Serve hot with toast , ketchup and chutney
