KARE BOKKEUMBAP (Korean Curry Fried Rice)
2 cups cooked rice
1lb chicken breast , cut and marinated with little curry powder and salt
2tbsp Garlic paste
1tsp ginger paste
2-3 tbsp Curry powder ( I’ve used BaBa brand)
Little Kimchi , cut
¼ cup Carrots, chopped
¼ cup Bell pepper, chopped
¼ cup Onion , chopped
¼ cup corn, cooked
½ cup Cabbage , sliced
Spring onion , chopped
Soya sauce
Korean Chilli flakes
Salt And Pepper to taste
Oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oil in pan
Add chilli flakes , garlic, ginger, chicken and carrots and fry
Add rest of the vegetables and sauté for few more mins
Add kimchi
Add curry powder and mix well
Add soya sauce, salt and pepper
Add cooked rice and give it a good toss
That’s it, your healthy and delicious Kare Bokkeumbap is ready
Garnish with spring onion and serve hot with cucumbers
