PEPPER LUNCH INSPIRED MEAL CHICKEN PEPPER RICE
2tsp oil
Small onion chopped
½ tbsp garlic chopped
⅓ cup honey
¼ cup Kikkoman soy sauce
¼ tsp salt
⅓ cup of water
½ tsp cornstarch
INSTRUCTIONS
MIX everything and simmer for 3-5 mins
Cool and blend it
Your honey Brown sauce is ready
INGREDIENTS TO MAKE GARLIC SOY SAUCE
⅓ cup Kikkoman soya sauce
⅓ cup regular soya sauce
1tbsp sugar
1 ½ tbsp garlic, chopped
½ tbsp cornstarch
½ cup of water
INSTRUCTIONS
mix together the Kikkoman and regular soya sauce
Add garlic and sugar and leave it to rest for a half-hour
Now add the water and cornstarch
Simmer for 4-5 mins on low heat
Cool and blend
Your Garlic Soy Sauce is ready
INGREDIENTS TO MAKE BUTTER
3tbsp butter
½ tsp honey
½ tsp garlic soya sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all the ingredients well
Your Pepper Lunch Butter is ready
OTHERS
cooked rice
Cooked corn
Pepper powder
Spring onion
Meat( thin slices of chicken, beef etc marinated with salt and pepper)
ASSEMBLE
heat up the cast iron plate for at least 10 mins to make it very hot
Add the meat slices around the boundaries of the plate
scoop out the rice in the centre
Add butter on the top of the rice
Add corn
Sprinkle pepper and spring onion and little of the prepared sauces
And that’s it, serve it sizzling hot along with the Garlic Soy sauce and Honey Brown Sauce
